- $75 - Routine Service
- $25 - RUSH Service (this is added to the Routine charges)
- $50 - Last Minute Service (this is added to the Routine & RUSH charges)
- $25 – Service of Process using the US Postal Service via 1st Class Mail
- $40 - Service of Process using the US Postal Service via Certified Mail (no return receipt).
- $25 - Appointment fee
- $2 - Per minute charge for waiting time

- $40 - Routine Service
- $45 - RUSH Service
Court Research
- $75 - Per Hour
- $25 - RUSH Service - This one time charge, not a per hour charge
- $50 - SAME DAY Service - This one time charge, not a per hour charge
Skip Tracing
- $50 - Single Database Skip Tracing, results given within 2 business days
- $70 - RUSH Single Database Skip Tracing, results given within an hour
Postal Search
- $50 - Postal Search. The best ways to confirm if an individual receives mail at a particular address, thus able to sub serve the subject if the documents allow sub service or it allows a person to decide if the location should be staked out or not. There is usually a 2 - 6 week turn around time for this to be completed, we are at the mercy of the U.S. postal system, which seems to takes a long time to complete these
Stakeouts
- $ 75 - Per Hour - Routine (This does not include the costs of Process Serving) Two hour minimum, even if the Service of Process is completed immediately

- $ 125 - Writ Services
Notary Services
- $15 - Per Signature
- $75 - Per Hour for traveling services, this is from the time the notary leaves to the time the notary returns
Unlawful Detainer Services
- $90 - Routine Service - Up to 5 attempts total, we file the documents for you within 1 business day
- $120 - RUSH Service - Up to 5 attempts total, we file the documents for you the same day received
- $6.50 - Each Certified Mailing completed
- $25 - Additional Defendants, the charges above are for the first 3 defendants (2 named defendants + unknown occupants)
